Refund policy
No refunded returns, only shop credit.
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, free of any animal hair or odors and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at miamourbabyco@gmail.com. Please provide the name under which the order was placed, the order number, the email address associated with the order, and the item(s) that you would like to return.
We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The initial shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items marked "final sale" are not eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the return process as listed above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
